Like you - Entrepreneurship SKILLS FOR YOUNG PEOPLE IN SOUTHEAST REGION
The overall objective of the project is to increase the adaptability and flexibility of the workforce employed in young SMEs, young entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs, the changing economic environment and the challenges of globalization by developing skills and competences to improve the level Knowledge and application of entrepreneurial culture and to broaden and develop competitive service training and performance.
This will be achieved by: determining the level of development of entrepreneurship and SME sector in line with economic trends in the region of SE, the formation of a positive attitude to the target group regarding the importance and benefits of entrepreneurial culture in terms of social sustainability economic region of South-East, increasing the number of businesses started by young people and improve the development, adaptability and flexibility of human resources of SMEs and young entrepreneurs and young potential entrepreneurs in the target region, organizing information sessions with to facilitate access to classified information, currency of best practices and experiences in the context of EU integration, development of personal, managerial and entrepreneurial young people in the region through a series of stages of project management training, human resources and organization (manager innovation), attracting an equal number of men and women from both rural and urban as in learning and acquiring new skills and abilities in order to ensure a good representativeness of economic and human in the whole region .
